Thanks for your help. This is now solved. Turned out not to be a problem with Netgear port access. I had to completely remove Plex media server app and all ts folders from the NAS. I have reinstalled the media server app and I am now rebuilding the libraries. A process that will probably take 24 hours or more. I'm guessing a file or setting corruption somewhere as a result of the electricity problems.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Something to contact the Plex mfr about for help and support information regarding there product.
