Swap LAN cables?
CAT6 is recommended.
Power OFF the router and NAS then back ON?
Disable LAG then reenabled it?
Factory reset the RAXE router and setup from scratch?
What FW version is loaded on the router?

Do this first.
If nothing changes, disable the LAG, and test the ethernet port by itself. Ideally use a different client (for example, a PC with the wifi turned off).
