Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Might try and get a wired PC connected to the modem with out the router connected and see if the one PC can get to this web page.
- Tarra85Oct 10, 2023AspirantI have not turned it off since last update cause I got a new modem today and just activated it today so wasn’t sure if it still would need to be done. I do know that if I turn the WiFi off on my device I can go to the website just fine, it only doesn’t work if WiFi is on. And it happened after a firmware update that it started doing this. Like a couple hours later.
