Slow upload speeds on router

Do you have a custom firmware for an RAXE300 SN:

I have the same issue as everyone here. Been thru multiple service appointments at $99 each. Multiple of the Verizon Fios 211 ONTs, but it worked fine at my previous home that had multi-gig. There’s no multigig in my new area but I’d still like to use my Router vs Verizons.

So speeds were good at the previous home location with the RAXE router and this new location is not working? Seems like if the RAXE was working with prior location and not this new one, would be a ISP issue.

How are you speed testing? Wired PC or wireless devices?

Does ethernet connected PC with Ooklas installable speed test app show differences or same slow speeds?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

Does ISP require any special WAN, PPPoE or VLAN configurations to make a external router work with there ONT?

    And the "same issue" is:

    • Doesn't connect at all?
    • Connects, but performance does not match expectations?
    • Connects, but some specific feature does not work correctly?

Thanks for the tip that Verizon charges $99 for a service call that does not resolve the problem.
