Tech Support Constantly Hangs-Up on me, No CALLBACKS, either
I have tried Numerous Times, to Reach-out to Customer Service/Tech support via the App. Every, Single, Time they Hung up on me.. Every. Even after waiting 30 - 45 minutes to Speak to someone. Sometimes, I ask a question, and there is a LOONG Strange awkward Silence, and then I get Hung up on by them, Other times it doesn't even make it to a tech support rep, it Hangs-Up Randomly. It is very insulting and frustrating. Of Course, I never get a Callback from Netgear. So frustrated I'm probably going to Return this, if this doesn't get fixed really soon.

How are you going through support? To contact support you click on "mynetgear" at the top, register an account and then device. From there you contact support.
Also, keep in mind that support is only free for the first 90 days of purchase on new devices.
But there is the option of the community on here. We're happy to help with problems/questions.
