Turn Off Armor
Model not showing up in dropdown: it is MR60 Mesh Nighthawk with satilites. I go into te app and turn off the Armor for security BUT it always not matter how many times I try, what day or time it is, it always goves me a timeout error message saying took longer than 60 seconds. I can NEVER trn the Armor off! I need to to see if Apple Engineers can see if that Armor is causing issues with AirPlay or not. I cannot get any support from Netgear and this is just crazy! I bought the wrong 300 dollar system !

Have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall?
What modem/gateway are you connected to?

I really did not want to do the whole factory reset thing. I just got ths last september. I am connected to a SurfBoard Gig using xfinity as the ISP.
What arris surfboard? They make a few.
You might not want to reset but it might be key in helping troubleshoot your issue.
You could try a reinstall of the firmware without the reset to see if it helps.
You could also try uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app in cases its an app issue. Or try a different device
