VPN issue

Question

My roommate uses watchguard VPN to access her job.&nbsp; It works just fine when connected direct to the modem or to the router but on a wireless connection she connects then cannot open or access anything.&nbsp; I cant find anything that would be causing the issue.&nbsp; Do I need to set a static IP?&nbsp; &nbsp;She has had two coworkers over and same thing on their seperate laptops.&nbsp; It has to be something in the router, but what?
