WiFi not connecting to Android 12.0 TV converter box

Are the WiFi 6 (AX) routers compatible with the Android 12.0 H69 MAX Shenzhen TV box?

  • Is the RAX120v2 router compatible with the Transpeed Android 12.0 TV box model H96 MAX V12? Can't connect the Transpeed to the router.
Reports the router is (Disabled). Thanks for the help.

Your subject says WiFi not connecting to Android 12.0 TV converter box?

It might be better to think about this the other way round. Android 12.0 TV converter box not connecting to WiFi.

The RAX120v2 is just there to supply the WiFi, it is then down to the H96 MAX V12 to connect to that WiFi. This is usually done through the settings on WiFi client. If it requires any special settings, then you'll have to get details from the people who made it.

      What does this stuff mean?

What is the Transpeed? What reports the router is disabled?

What firmware version do you have on the RAX120v2?

A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The make and model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
