Xbox Series X keeps dropping

Question

Just bought this router and once I set everything up, I fired up the Xbox Series X and it does this thing where it'll connect via Ethernet cable for a second and then it'll disconnect.

I've tried changing cat cables, given a static ip, doing a network reboot ...

wireless works but I want the system to be hard wired in for a reason.

What modem/gateway is the RAX connected to?&nbsp;

It's going through a Motorola surfboard, SB6190

Are you using any parent controls or access controls?&nbsp;
Is ipv6 enabled?

no parental or access controls. IPv6 is set to auto-config

tried reinstalling the firmware on it and doing a factory reset and reinstall? (don't use a backup)
