Can't connect to vpn services during parental controls!!

Recently,I turned on the parental control.It looks good but not friendly for vpn because the feature will stop my vpn connections even i have set it unlimited.what should i do to tackle this issue ex...

    What client device(s) are you using?  Is it possible that some are rotating the mac address?  

     

    If they are, the router might be applying the wrong profile.

        Ok.  The profile is determined by the mac address of the phone/tablet.  I'd begin by setting both devices to use the hardware mac address (and update the profile selection in the router to match that mac address).  Then see if that helps.
