Impossible to enable / buy parental controls on RBK852
Hi,
I have tried the parental controls on a ORBI RBK852, and we were happy. But now (after the tria period) I can't buy the subscription. The APP display in "See pricing": This plan is not available. We already have tried a reset, reinstall of the app, but no positive result.
Can somebody help me?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank youWe are a lot that has the same problem to buy the parent controls because there isn't a price plan available. My trail is ending tomorrow and I've tried everything to get it going and place a purchase but apparently net gear isn't interested in making money.

I am having this exact issue and can’t get support for it. I am very close to scrapping this great product for something else…
