link smart parental controls to a new router
I am paying for smart parental controls and had to replace my orbi router due to hardware failure. My smart parental controls account is linked to my old router. How do I change that and link it to my new router so that I can get the functionality I'm paying for?
Since I'm paying for the smart parental control service, is there a way I can get support from netgear?

Thanks for your reply. I did get netgear phone support who are attempting to transfer my subscription to the new router.
