Nighthawk AX6 AX5400 Parental Controls Premium Subscription
I have the 1 year parental controls premium subscription. It worked great for the first 6 months but now everytime I want to access it, it asks me to setup up parental controls. When I do that it goes through all the things and then in the end it gives an error code SPC-ACT-FAIL and says smart parental controls activation has failed. Anyone else having this issue. Of course online help is no help since I am past the 90 days from getting the product.

What RAX### model router do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
