Orbi 970 SPC Issues

I have mac address randomize turned off on all my devices. The issue still persist. If you use parental controls is there a massive delay when you pause a device?
I don't use SPC personally on my system.
How long is this delay?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What mobile platform are you using for SPC and Orbi app? Android or Apple?
Using ISP DNS or custom DNS?
Is IPv6 enabled or disabled? Disabled should be tested.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
The delay is about 5 minutes however if they're in an active session like game, or video call it will continue even after the pause has been put in place.
Firmware version: V9.13.1.2
Modem model: Netgear CM1200
I use android for orbi app
ISP DNS
IPv6 is disabled
I have not done a factory reset due to just recently setting up the 970s two days ago.
Possible that since the devices are in a active session, SPC can't interupt the session until it ends at the device.
Might set up some IP address reservations on the RBR for these SPC devices your controlling:

Something you may want to open a support ticket with NG about and have them review this with you.
Yeah i currently have support ticket in. Its been escalated to the engineering team and I'm not waiting on a response from them. I just don't want to wait too long and lose my return window.
