Orbi AX4200 Prevent IP from counting aginst internet usage

The issue I have is that I setup separate profiles for my kids. I set time usage on the profiles to help them understand how to limit the time they spend online. The issue I am finding is that my daughter has an amazon fire tablet that she never turns off. I get notifications early in the morning before she is even awake that her internet usage has reached its limit. I come to find that Amazon calls home checking for updates, checking for security patches, checking for anything every couple minutes. These repeated checks burn through the internet time she is alloted. I am hoping Netgear has an option or will consider an option that will allow me to assign IP addresses to the profile that will not count against the usage. I am trying to find a way to keep the connection honest so random apps or OS's won't kill all the time forcing me to add additional time every day or remove the time limits. If there is something I can do to improve this please let me know.
