orbi850 access control option

I have the orbi 850 and have not been into the system in a while as far as updating or anything. earlier today under the access control tab I was able to block and unblock no issues. then I updated the system and log into the app on the phone. now the option to block or unblock is no longer on the computer but i get a message to go to the app for this feature. i go on the app and it wants me to get parental control and download it to the phones i want to block and they have to be on my main network. the ones i want to block are on the guest network. Does anyone know how to get this feature available back on the computer and not try to send me to the app as a parental control thing?
