Parental controls just randomly stopped working

I'm having the same issue on my rs300. Parental controls just randomly stopped working. Ive tried everything mentioned here, and none of it works. Gone 2 months of my 1 year sub without the controls. My solution is to just change my network passwords daily which is a pain. Looking like a factory reset is the only option and reconnecting 35 devices. To top it all off you need to pay for chat support now (paid over $300usd for this router 8 months ago ) glad to see the product support has gone out the window.
