I need some help into figuring out why parental controls has stopped working. Even when I'm matching ip address to the correct laptop, pausing the internet via the app, the laptop continues to work. ...

It sounds like your router’s device identification and IP mapping are out of sync, likely due to dynamic IP assignments or cached device names. Try rebooting the router, clearing DHCP leases, and reassigning static IPs to key devices. Also, update the parental control app and firmware to ensure accurate device recognition and control.
