Smart parental controls
internet stopped working on August 21st. Not sure if it was modem or wifi router. Unplugged both and then internet came back on. Since that time parental controls don’t work. It’s showing 0 hours used, no history, no bedtime stoppage, and pause doesn’t work either. Firmware is up to date, app is up to date. Have rebooted twice and have also loaded app onto another device. I’ve paid for a full year of this, school,starts next week. Please help
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser:

Or use the ERASE button on the routers web page to factory reset the router:

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.The restart didn’t work. Neither did the changes to MAC addresses
