Smart Parent Controls in Nighthawk / MR60 - tile missing
I have the MR60 / MS60 firmware V1.0.6.116_2.0.54
Trying to get Netgear Smart Parental Controls going, I've read the old posts stating that parental controls were not yet available on the MR60. However, this Netgear article has instructions to setup SPC in Nighthawk:
1. Launch the Orbi app or Nighthawk app.
2. Tap the Parental Controls tile.
The Parental Controls tile is not in my Nighthawk app, I have updated Nighthawk.

The MR60 doesn't support Circle so the instructions online related to MR60 and Circle aren't accurate.
Has anyone got Netgear Smart Parental Controls (SPC) working with Nighthawk and MR60?
Thanks.

Just come home with the MR60. Clearly misled by the sales rep that this would include parental control options but as I am discovering, it doesn't. Do you still have this set up and if so, have you found an alternative?

Hope this was purchased from a place with a good return policy. Neither Circle nor Smart Parental Controls (SPC) work on the MR60. That web link suggests that SPC is available on the MR80, which is also false. (Check the product data sheet)

No solution, the MR60 apparently has been left in the dust regarding parental controls. It was in between Netgear's use of Circle and SPC. Funny thing is after realizing how much cheaper the MR60 was than the Orbi and how well the MR60 was performing I called Netgear during my 90 day support, while I still had the box from Costco, and asked "what's the difference between MR60 and Orbi". The answer was Orbi is for a bigger house with more metal. I chuckled and said: yep, that's non-sense. Sure enough 6 months later I find out on my own what the difference is.
