Smart parental controls not working again
I have had nothing but problems with paid Smart parental controls as soon as the support expired (3 months after I purchased router) I did pay for the smart parental controls but still there is no online, phone or chat support. The first problem is that the website visited stopped populating. Just a time populates. You can click on ellipses and it gives you the option to block what ever website was visited at the time. That has been going on for 4 months. I tried factory resetting my router, firmware update, deleting nighthawk app, starting over, downloading night hawk app to n a different device. Nothing fixed the problem. Now starting last night all of a sudden all the websites populated instead of the time!! Wow finally. Except all usage stopped being collect as of last night. No new websites, apps times nothing will populate now. Only sites that were visited before today show. Any ideas on how to fix this?

- Same problem here. I’ve tried all that without lock. I can’t even assign new devices to profiles because the devices list never populates. It’s unacceptable that a paid subscription lacks of provider support.
