Couldn't cancel my subscription because I no longer have the device. Try to get a refund, and they just keep ignoring me.

Sadly you do need to contact support.
But at the same time, I'd recommend doing a charge back through your credit card to dispute it.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.- sknickerAspirant
I have contacted them, they said they would get back to me about my refund, but they have not.
Keep contacting them. Also start the dispute with your credit card/bank. It tends to put additional pressure on them to handle it appropriately.
