This is a known issue with Circle’s certificate on the CBR750. The “20-year validity” makes browsers/devices flag it as untrusted. The quick workaround is what you’ve already done (toggle parental controls), but the real fix will need a firmware update with a new certificate from Circle/Netgear. Best step: open a support ticket with Netgear so they can escalate to Circle Labs — they’ll need to push an updated, trusted cert in the next firmware.
