When I attempt to Reply to a post and attempt to paste an image from the Windows Clipboard, a message comes up, "Media Upload in Progress. Please try again in a few moments."(I would post a screen capture of the message, but that is impossible!) This happens with the following web browsers:Windows: Brave, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, OperaMint Linux: FirefoxChromebook: Chrome, Firefox Really annoying!

Trying to investigate a problem with the Community Forum. For YEARS I have used "cut and paste" to insert images into Forum posts. Recently, every time I attempt to do this a message pops up at the bottom of the screen saying "Media Upload in Progress. Try again in a few moments." This happens when using Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Opera web browsers. Tried to use the "Insert Media" (camera icon) and the same thing happened. Tried to make an attachment, which disappeared. (Attachments are not nearly as "user friendly" as cut and paste.) So, the question is: Is there a problem with the Forum software that it no longer allows images in posts? or.... Is there a problem with my account (or my computer?) that I am no longer allowed to include images? It would be helpful if some of you could Reply to this post and include any sort of image. Thanks

Firefox on Linux: same problem.

Oh, NO. Logged in using a different Forum identity (HappyCat) and was able to create a Reply with an image pasted into it. (HappyCat is not an Insider, so I cannot access this conversation using that identify.) There is also now a post from HappyCat that will "make no sense" because all it contains is an image, and I cannot delete a post. Hmm. guess I should go and Reject it? did so.

It appears that once the Reply has been successful, the image remains part of the Forum database even if it is deleted from the Cloud service.

Seriously cumbersome compared to "Copy and Paste". Thanks for the hint.

    Something to try for those of you who want to post pictures while we all wait for NG to fix this, can use a cloud service to save your pictures too. Then use the DIRECT IMG link feature to copy. Select the Camera icon on the post tool bar, then select FROM IMG URL. Paste in the DIRECT IMG url link. The picture or image should appear in the post.
