PM "show all" shows nothing
This is new: When I go to my PM's, "show all" shows nothing but showing only unread does show unread ones. I've seen this a couple times, but a page refresh fixed it. Now, nothing does.

Mine worked originally, then stopped (which is when I originally posted). I've tried both Chrome and Edge and get the same result. I'm not going to try others. A site that doesn't work on those two is broken.
Perhaps there is content in an old message from before the transition that's disallowed with this software that's causing it, though I don't know why that wouldn't have caused a problem from the get-go. I'm just throwing out possibilities for Netgear to evaluate, though I feel I'm not being heard by anyone who can make a difference.

Why I passed it to the admin. We saw issues initially as well. Maybe a straggler here. Hopefully they can get yours fixed soon.

That sounds frustrating. It could be a temporary glitch or a cache issue. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if it helps. If it keeps happening, it might be worth reporting it to the site support team.

I used a computer never before used with this forum and it made no difference.

Nope, not a browser cache issue - much more a Khoros bug, already reported to the Netgear team several times (like the recurring bug that you can't login from a dual stack IPv4 and IPv6, but that one appears to be an issue with the external authentication platform NTGR has in place).

Looks like a bug with your messages. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If it still doesn’t work, contact support for help.

onyxelias95 nothing Netgear Support can do, it's an issue Netgear Community admins, Netgear IT, and cer like Khoros (the SaaS provider) has to fix. And yes, they are aware of for more than month....
