Buenos días,
Hemos borrado la cuenta y vuelta a crear, actualizado ultimo firmware 6.10.8. Hemos configurado cuentas gmail y corporativas y continua sin funcionar.
En el registro log, el fichero msmtp.txt dice lo siguiente:

Este problemas desde siempre lo hemos tenido con este netgear. Si consultan histórico de incidencias continua sin resolverse .

Le recuerdo que el soporte para este tipo de productos es limitado. Estos dispositivos se consideran EOL (End of Life).
