AYUDA URGENTE!!!!!

Como me temía al cambiar un disco que estaba avisando fallos, el sistema entero ha desaparecido. Cuando se puso a rehacer el volumen falló y paso a "DEAD". He intentado poner el disco que fallaba, que aún funcionaba, y tampoco. Ni con el viejo ni con el nuevo. Por favor necesito ayuda y en netgear no tengo servicio técnico ni siquiera pagando. ¿Voy a perder 18 TB de datos???????

As I feared when changing a disk that was reporting failures, the entire system has disappeared. When it started to redo the volume it failed and went to "DEAD". I have tried to put the disk that failed, that still worked, and neither. Neither with the old nor with the new. Please, I need help and at Netgear I don't have a technical service, not even paying.

Am I going to lose 18TB of data???????
