G-RouterWGR614v9 - Wifi not contecting.

I've bypassed Netgear and can get connected on my desk top to internet.  Any suggestions as to why the wifi wouldn't be working? I have done all the reset/unplugging.  Charter inidcates they have no problem with there system.  What should I try next.
