Le recomendaría que realice un hard reset de la siguiente manera:
- El dispositivo está encendido, presione el botón de reinicio durante 10 segundos;
- Apague el dispositivo, presione el botón de reinicio durante otros 10 segundos;
- Vuelva a encender el dispositivo y presione el botón de reinicio durante 30 segundos;
No garantizo que funcione, pero si no puede restaurarlo con un restablecimiento de fábrica, puede intentar con este hard reset.
