Any industry standard PoE+ injector compliant to IEEE 802.3at (or even PoE++ 802.3bt) able to provide 30W or more, where PoE++ does start at 45W [what is not required for the WAX610] on the PSE (Power Source Equipment).
Not workable are the many often inexpensive "passive" (proprietary) PoE injectors, often offered for 24V or 48V, and standards compliant PoE injectors supporting only IEEE 802.3af / at PoE-compatible PDs (Powered Devices) with a maximum of 15.4W at the PSE, resp. only 12.95W at the PD, as this isn't sufficient for the WAX610 - these might appear workable, but reduced to a 1x1 radio only.

Hola K3NU5
¡Bienvenido a la Community NETGEAR! 😊
