VPN Client lite License

I have the following software: 'VPN Client Lite for 3 Users'

 

I have activated the 3 users, but uninstalled the software in one Laptop in order to install in another PC.

Now when I try activate the software in the new PC I receive the following error:

ERROR DE ACTIVACIÓN 70: ERROR INTERNO

    Kindly send me the following below via private message:

     

    a. the VPN license key that needs to be reset

    b. e-mail address that was used when you have registered the VPN license key
