Switch S8000 bloqueado?
Hola,
desde hace 2 días no puedo acceder al portal de configuración del switch S8000 de ninguna de las maneras.
He intentando acceder desde mi pc con windows 10, desde el móvil, tablet, otros ordenadores con windows 7.
He seguido las indicaciones de configuración oficial de Netgear y no puedo acceder.
El switch funciona pero no puedo acceder al portal así que opino que es posible que el firmware se haya corrompido y esté bloqueado el switch salvo que me indiquéis lo contrario.
¿Existe alguna forma de volver a instalar el último firmware sin tener la posibilidad de poder acceder al portal de configuración del switch? ¿Que posible solución puedo tener para arreglar el switch?

ya he podido solucionar el problema de acceso al portal del switch. En el foro de netduma me han dado la solución (usuario TrayDay).
Copio su mensaje por si puede ayudar a mas usuarios si les sucede lo mismo.
Podéis cerrar la incidencia.

SOLUCION:
What sometime will happen is that your S8000 will be given a IP address from the DHCP you know the 192.xxx.xxx.xxx for example. If you don't know the exact one, you will be in trouble trying to get it back without realizing it was given a IP as such.
So one method I always do is
Disconnect everything from the S8000.
Then stick a pin in the hole underneath the S8000 to reset it to factory defaults.
Next, Connect wired using a desktop or Laptop and go to your PC settings and give you PC a IP address that's given closely to the default IP address underneath the S8000.
For example, default for the GS8089E(S8000) is 192.168.0.239... So on your PC give it IP address as so
Then you should be able to type in the address 192.168.0.239 into the address bar and log into the S8000 with default login/password of the S8000 which should be username: admin and password: password
or whatever your is underneath the S8000.
Then you can set it up as normal.
with going back to your PC and changing everything back to automatically when you're done with setting up the S8000.

Si, podia acceder con normalidad.
Compre un route netgear xr500, lo configure correctamente, conecte el switch s8000 y al principio funcionaba aunque alguna vez al resetear el router me aparecia como offline el switch estando conectado y al cabo de unas horas ya no podia acceder de ninguna manera al portal del switch para configurarlo. Ese mismo dia tambien tuvebuna actualizacion de windows 10.
Tambien he probado con un pc con windows 7 y con android.
Probe de muchas maneras y tambien como dice el enlace que me has adjuntado.
Tambien con netgear insight , netgear discover..
Referente a si la ip era la correcta confirmo que si, me la indicaba el router, netgear insight, discover... no es problema.
