EAX20 AX1800 . Connection En GUEST OK en 2.4 Ghz mais IMPOSSIBLE en 5 GHZ

Bonjour,

English:

Can't connect AS GUEST at at 2.4 MGz 5 GHz. As well on my IPhone14 and PCwindows 11

Connecting at 2.4 GHz is OK.

WHY ? What i can do to Solve ?

 

Il m'est impossible de me connecter en GUEST sur 5 GHz. Pourtant ça fonctionne en 2.4 GHz.

Aussi bien sur mon Iphone 14 que sur mon PC windows. le message ets le même :

"impossible de s connecter au reseau xxxxGUEST"

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
