All cables are brand new and the devices plugged into those ports are only Dell computers.
Nope - on port 32 there is almost certainly a Dell switch with some STP support up and active.
MAC prefix/OUI: 08:92:04, Note: Dell, Unicast MAC address, universally administered addresses (UAA)
