M4350 Radius Login AVUI

Hi Netgear Community,
I'm facing an issue with my M4350-24X4V. I configured a RADIUS server for user authentication, and it works fine on the main UI. However, I’m unable to authenticate on the AV UI using the same account. I set the default list to prioritize RADIUS, but the login still fails with the RADIUS credentials.
I’ve searched extensively but haven’t found anyone mentioning this problem.
Could you help me figure this out?
