Yes, I've performed a factory reset but it didn't resolve my issue. I also contacted my ISP but they told me everything is working fine on their end, and since I'm using a 3rd party router, I need to contact Netgear to resolve my issue. I then contacted Netgear and explained my issue.
The representative told me my settings are "all messed up" and she could go into my network to fix this, but I no longer have my 90 day free support so I need to pay $139 for a year of support before she can fix it. I paid $200 for this router and don't wanna fork out another $139 just to fix this issue. Any idea what settings are "all messed up?"

I have the same problem! Just started. 2.4 will drop out and can only resume upon rebooting. Did you find a resolution for your issue. I'm really disappointed in the 90 warranty...I have used Netgear products for years but the last two have been problematic. I've had the C7000 for 10 months!
