2.4 not broadcasting

Have a c6300v2 and it is not broadcasting a 2.4g signal. The light on the router is on but nothing. I have tried everything...restarted router, changed channels, broadcast ssid is checked, disabled guest networks, no results

    Press the factory reset button for 15 seconds then let go. Does the 2.4Ghz led come on after you setup the modem? If not, probably need to get this modem replaced or install a after market wifi AP.
