2.4g works fine but it’s the 5g that keeps disconnecting
I’ve toggled on and off traffic meter and done multiple factory resets and still get issues. 2.4g works fine but it’s the 5g that keeps disconnecting. Ethernet has never been an issue.

What FW version is loaded on the modem? If v2.x, please downgrade the modem back to v1.4x as soon as possible using a wired PC and web browser.
