What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Are you using Smart Connect?
Is AX mode enabled on the 2.4Ghz network? Try with it disabled?
What channels are you using on the radios?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser been performed?
Who is your ISP your connecting with?
