2 step verification not working with my nighthawk C7000v2
After setting up I started connecting our devices. All of them would send a pop up to my phone confirming I wanted to share the network with them. Except for an Amazon Fire Tablet; if never asked for confirmation and therefore won’t allow it to connect….Thoughts on how to fix this? Can I turn off the 2 step verification?

- This is a client problem (Amazon Fire Tablet) not a router problem. NG routers don't use 2-step verification.
Then why did an OK to share network pop up on my cell phone with all the other devices?
It may not be called a 2 step verification, but I definitely had to confirm I was OK sharing the network with another device; except the Fire, which then can’t connect

- This is a confirmation, not a 2-step verification. The latter uses multiple sources (e-mail, SMS messages, etc) to verify.
