3700--100NAS wifi issues

Our Netgear C3700-100NAS router keeps disconnecting our devices from the wifi signal; it happens several times daily. We have the most current firmware, and I've changed the wireless channel as well on both the 2.4 Ghz and the 5 Ghz channels. Nothing seems to be a permanent help. It happens no matter how near or far we are from the router, and it happens to all our wireless devices at the same time.

With that said, the two devices that are connected via wire are always on - they rarely, if ever, have had issues.
