A HTTP 403 error can only come from the web server itself, which means that your router cannot possibly be blocking your website. You should check whether your web server is blocking access from your IP address.

So what I did was change my MAC Adress on the wireless router itself and rebooted it. It gave me a new IP and everything works fine now.
