Spent a great deal of time with with tech support without resolution. Well I got some more shop light from Costco to add to some older ones I had in my garage. Included with the light was a note that the lights could interfere with some wi fi signals in the range that use 5.8ghz. I had to change to router channel to channel 40 and there is no more 5g issues. It interferes with the channels from 149-165. Hopes this helps some one.
