5G isn't allowing any devices to connect
I recently changed my SSID on both channels ,and it went fine for my 2.4 GHz, however ever since then the 5G channel isnt allowing any devices to connect. It says incorrect password, then when I type...
You have the c7000? if so, the firmware is controlled by the isp.
Have you logged back into the router to check the ssid and password? Make sure not to use any special characters/spaces in the password.
I do have the c7000, and I have checked the password and SSID to make sure everything was in order. As of typing this message the 5G is working. I think it may be on the ISP side because the intenet as a whole has been spotty, I was just unsure if there was anything I could do on the Netgear side of things.
