Is this in regards to the ANT7000P antennas or a R7000P wifi router?

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 10 seconds then let go. Power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds than back on. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to 192.168.1.1 using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH router products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

With the password recovery, even if you didn't set it up, it still asks the questions. But there isn't a correct answer.

so if you didn't set it up or don't know the answers, then you'd need to factory reset to get back in.
