Not sure why/how it might have happened. We see it all the time where the wifi on/off button on the router gets hit and it causes issue but its not usually in the settings.

Hi. Happy Holidays. So yeah, I probably pushed and possibly held the wifi on/off button when lifting it to dust under. Though I don't know for sure if doing so unticks the 2.4GHz & 5 GHz settings in the wireless settings. I guess the only way to know is to do it on purpose and then check my settings. But your explanation makes total sense. Thanks, Tommiee
