AC 1750 C6300 Wifi problem
First, please forgive my ignorance. Last night all my mobile devices stopped connecting to wifi. They all show they're connected, but I kept getting messages "cannot connect to server." Apps wouldn't work either. Modem is working. Seems to be a problem with router not sending correct IP address to devices. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TY

I have the exact same issue. mine accured in the middle of the night on 5/23/2018. have you beenable to resolve the issue?
- dancwillAspirantWound up calling ISP. They ran some tests. Said machine was ok, but I needed to contact Netgear and have them do a hard reset. It worked, but it took forever and cost me some.

Had to go through Netgear also. Since my Modem/Router was out of warranty they wanted 139.00. I decided to keep my money. I could buy a new device for that. Anyway I decided to try a factory reset myself and it worked. Sorry you it ended up costing you.

After Reading many issues with this C6300 AC1750 I see people experience login issued and timeout DROPS.
Im gonna tell you how to fix EVERYTHING.
1. First Login to you router
2. Click the Advanced tab then Wireless Tab
Now in the windows to the right you need to set the CTS/RTS Threshold (256-2347): to 2340 Both on the 2.4g and the 5g then apply thise settings.
3. Now in Advanced Tab Select Setup then WAN and set the MTU size to =1492 Then apply it.
5 Now go to ADVANCED tab then Administration then Logs and clear all the logs then uncheck everything in the Logs Menu and apply it.
6. Turn off the MODEM unplug it then press the power button on back of the modem to power cycle out any remaining juice. Plug it back in then turn it on then wait for it to boot. AND NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE Netgear C6300 Modem.
