AC1200 C6220 Ethernet works but WIFI doesn't even show up in the possible connections

So I have the AC1200 Wifi Cable Modeum Router, the C6220 Model, and the WiFi isn't working. The Ethernet cable works fine and I have internet when I plug that in, but WiFi is needed for other devices...

Try a factory reset to see if the default Wifi SSID name appears on any of your wifi devices.

I went into Device Manager to find the device and try to update the driver but the device doesn't show up under network adapters. This is on Windows 10. All help is appreciated.
