The easy wifi on/off switch does not turn my wifi back on, the internet connection is perfect but the wifi no longer works on our modem router. Have spent all night on it talking with internet provider and resetting the modem/router still no wifi lights show up on anything

I would contact your ISP again and make sure they check the coding of the modem there has been a issues where there system assigned a code to customer owned modems that shuts the wifi off.

Just completed registering my device and had a WiFi problem. Downloaded the user guide only to discover that the rear panel doesn't match my router yet I'm confident in that I specified the correct Model. Because I'm beyond the complimentary support period, I was unable to communicate this deficiency to NetGear (unless I wanted to fork over $50 to cover my support request).. Just for documentation????
