Had done several restarts on my Modem and after the same results i contacted Xfinity to see if it was on their end or not. After 2 hours nothing changed and im looking for what the next possible rout...
1. what modem is it? AC1200 is a speed
2. what are all the led's on it doing? (color, blinking, solid)
3. Whats supposed to be launching games?
4. do other devices work?
5. did xfinity say that it was connected to the network or what response did they have?
